Process / profile view
Every project files a flight plan
Five legs, flown in order. You know where the project is, what comes next and what it takes to get there.
- 1 / SCOPE
Preflight
We learn the operation, the users and the constraints. You get a written scope, a budget and a schedule.
- 2 / DRAFT
Design
Flows and clickable prototypes, tested with real users before any code is written.
- 3 / BUILD
Engineering
Short build cycles with a working version in your hands at the end of each one.
- 4 / PROVE
Testing
Field testing on real devices in real conditions, plus security and load checks.
- 5 / LANDS
Launch
Store submission, rollout and training. Then we stay on for support and the next release.
FAQ
Questions before departure
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope and integrations. Before any work starts, you get a written scope, a schedule and a price.
Who owns the code?
Ownership is set out in each project agreement. Our standard approach is that once the project is paid for, the source code, designs and accounts are transferred to you.
Can you take over an existing product?
Yes. We start with a short audit of the code and infrastructure, then give you a plan for what to keep, fix or rebuild.
Do you work with small operators and solo founders?
Yes. We scope projects of every size, and you get a written scope and price before you commit to anything.
What happens after launch?
We can stay on for maintenance, updates, monitoring and new features. Support terms are agreed with you before launch.
